I've worked for a while on this house, and think it turned out pretty well.

Price: $218,697

Features Include :

I left 2 of the rooms upstairs unfurnished, so you can decide whether to use them as bedrooms or game rooms, or whatever. I also left the furnishings kind of spare, as I like a lot of room for my sims to move around.

Only custom content (included)are these beautiful walls from Zhanna (the half panel and top and bottom molding walls).
