Petite Peppermint Victorian is a smaller version of my Peppermint Victorian that I created last year. This home only requires the base game and is on a small 3x2 lot which means it should run smoothly for most computers. There are three bedrooms, two baths and this can be yours for $101,449. This Victorian includes custom walls, floors and terrains all by me. *NOTE*:I used many items from the Sims Holiday pack from last year, you will need this stuff pack or the house will not work in your game.
