This is my second upload. Once again it is a very large home, but I feel I’ve gotten better on spacing issues for Sims. Lot size is 5x6 and has 5 bedrooms, formal living and dinning rooms, library, family room, gym and servants (or guest house) above the garage with its own entrance to the home and much much more. I love this house and had a great time building and decorating it. I don’t think the pictures do it justice. I haven’t quite got the hang of taking good pictures yet. There are two versions, furnished and unfurnished for those who prefer to furnish and decorate it yourself. You really need to see the house to appreciate it. The furnished home costs 701,957 (you might need the "familyfunds" cheat to afford it) and the unfurnished one costs 149,554 and is on on a 5x6 lot.
I used the Sims2Pack Clean Installer. Once again I tried to keep the custom content to a bare minimum. The few items I used are:
Georgian Front Door from Georgian Manor Set by phonenix_phaerie http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=188669
The Tuskan Kitchen Meshes by phoenix_phaerie from : http://modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=164259
Polished Floorboards by Holy Simoly
The stone chimney recolour is not included, but can be found here:

It works fine in my game and loaded well in an empty game. I have notice that for some reason from time to time the roof angle changes. This may be a glitch in my system, but the roofslopeangle cheat fixes the problem, they should be at 45.
