I've just started a new neighbourhood in a modern, futurist style. Nothing really serious, there's a lot of strange sims there, not only aliens but also creepy zombies, vamps and warewolves, and evil scientists too.
The house is 3x3 and costs about 163000 simoleon.
Ground floor: open kitchen, really beautyful living (with two transparent semi-columns that I love), master bedroom, 2 baths.
First floor: kid or hobbies room and another bath.
Nice garden, pool and a wonderful view on the U.F.O. place.
