The Secret Garden and The Ninja Tower by Lamammaforever

Hi friends, here I am, heavy lot, once more … But, believe me, it’s a g g g rreat lot, all your sims will enjoy it. And you will too, just walk around and discover the mix of elengance, mystic atmosphere and fun.

The lot
The Secret Garden and the Ninja Tower (it’s part of a whole neighb. following this theme).
When all the planet treasures are lost, the last hope is in the Secret Garden.
It’s told that a Profecy will be revealed in the Secret Garden, nobody knows when, thus thousands of sim pilgrims visit the garden, hoping to have the chance to be The One.
Teens, less motivated by the Prophecy, know this place as the Ninja Tower, the coolest disco in town.
However, even the most cinic sim pays a visit to the floating island.

3x3 – about 220.000 simoleons
1 floor: the Entrance, with a transparent floor over the mystic lake, very cool, elegant and modern space.
2 floor: the Ninja Disco and the Ninja Bar, lot of fun even for the shy sims
3 floor: empty space, thus you can create your favourite shop there. Here you find the bathrooms.
4 floor: the Thermal Room, where sims purify themselves at the Alien Fountains. Candles and pillows (*) around. There’s also the tunnel for reaching the Secret Garden.

Cleaned, checked and tested in game, as visitor of a community park and as owner of a business lot. I really hope you’ll enjoy it.
