I have completed the Townsend Town set
THERE ARE 10 MORE LOTS IN THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!!!
It has taken a while but hey, there are a lot of lots...
I have build the lots to go with my neighbourhoodTownsend
and i believe it fits perfecty there
There are 8 Residential 1x2 lots, one 2x2 lot,
some 3x1 lots wich i build to be just decoration, but they can adapted for living as well , an apartement building and a complete street set on a 3x3 size lot.
There is also a huge palace for your Richest sim-familie that was so big, it had to be build on 6 lots.
but i would like to keep that one for last :
The comercial lots will be available soon.
Okay the base house is a three story,three bedroom house with bathroom and a basement spacious enough to build your kitchen in.
and ofcourse the garden still can be expanded so there is enough room to enlarge the house ;P
the other houses are based on the same frame and exept of the baywindow, they are exactly the same in layout so i will just post pictures of the exterior and a download-file with those.
I WILL PUT THEM IN THE THREAD ,so be sure to check it ou
I have had to keep them under 20.000 so they are not decorated what so ever.only floors doors and windows
