Hello to everybody here,
I realy went completely over the top with this lot...
I present you the Royal Palace, a 4x5 size lot with one of the most gorgeous houses i have ever built.
The garden is completly styled to, featuring a small pond, a huge styled swiming-pool,nice flouwerbeds, and enough room to place furniture
I have build it in style with my new town (this is the house of my zilionare sims.. :D) the front square features a fountain,and room to place two driveways ( i recomend the invisible driveway from Rodyaleixo, GET IT HERE
The House itself consists of two Patio's build on the sides of the main house
and the main house itself of course.
- Groundfloor :
Livingroom,with atatched greenhouse(or recreationroom) ,main hall coridor,and tearoom (with a lovely fiew of the garden)
Dining hall,bar and Butlers-pantry with a direct staircase to the Kitchen (in the basement)
- First floor:
Two mastersuites,with each a nice size bathsuite and two separate toilets (in the staircases)
- Second floor:
Four bedrooms (staff-quarters) with each their own bathroom
-Basement:
The kitchen,Loundry/utility room two toilets, and one big room, usable as gym or games room
-Custom content :
