This is a small victorian house build on a 3x1 size lot
The groundfloor features a livingroom with fireplace,a diningroom and one kitchen with a toilet atatched

up on the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom and one master-bedroom with an en suite bath
it wil cost jour sim just under 35.000

This lot is the first to be uploaded in my new Townsend-village
(looks like the downtown-set but with a new neighbourhood and new lots build with al ep's installed)

I just love the 3x1 size lot, it is great!
