Hello! Let me start by saying that I don't care for large houses on the Sims. They are very complicated and time consuming compared to building a starter. This house, however, appealed to me. I decided to build it. I will say that I was not going to build another house for a while because I just built one, but that was a major flop. Please check it out though, it's beautiful http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=213615 and perfect for a Family Sim. Anyway, this house is somewhat larger than "Sycamores". It is in the colonial style (my favorite) and has features only attainable by using boolprop constrainfloorelevation false (an amazing cheat if you can master it). I have never seen a house similar, so there will be no personal story with this one, sorry. Would you like to begin?
Well, at $138,231, this is my most expensive house so far.
It features 5 bedrooms (a guestroom downstairs, a master room and 3 other bedrooms upstairs)
6 bathrooms (that means one for each bedroom and a bonus one!)
I've given you 2 rooms htat have no specific purpose, but I suggest one becomes a study.
A Large formal living room
A grand foier with a staircase with a landing (thank you boolprop constrainfloorelevation false)
A large dinning room
A large kitchen with an area for a breakfast table
A huge family room downstairs
Upstairs we have;
A Grand Hall
4 Bedrooms
4 Bathrooms
A sitting room
I have included covered decks, 4 Fireplaces and some bathroom and kitchen items
Besides the Kithcen and some bathrooms, it is completely unfurnished
I landscaped! Hooray!
And can't forget the lotsize: 5x4
