First off, I have to give my thanks to phoenix_phaerie for compiling her incredible Georgian Manor build set, without which this lot wouldn't exist. Her creations are an inspiration! (And for shame if you haven't yet downloaded them.) Now on to the house itself. As shown (completely unfurnished) it has 4 bedrooms and two baths, formal dining and living rooms, a parlor, two side porches, good size kitchen, and plenty of yard. It's situated on a 5x4 lot and will set back your sims a hefty 152,989 simoleans, so for what they're paying I hope they enjoy it, and you do too. =]
