This is my first download, i hope it all works well. It's a Building in the Georgian style. This is a build style where everything is symmetrical. The house is almost completely red and white, because its got a red roof, red bricks and white windows. Nearly all the windows are 2 tile windows with shutters. I cant explain about the style of the housevery well, because my english isnt that good.
The house costs 35000, which is, i think pretty cheap for a big huge manor like this. I tested it in a family of 2 adults, but im very sure that it has enough space for like 4 or 5 people. Theres absolutely no CC in it, i build it with cc so i had to replace it for maxis items.
