Funky, colourful partially see-through dress by designer Petro Zillia, as seen on Mischa Barton. Requires mesh 0045 by Peggy (not included). The mesh animates like crap, stretching the hem of the dress but I have yet to find a better, alpha-editable one that doesn't cling into the sim's skin. Made with Numenor's Legacy Bodyshop - pre-Pets compatible.
