After seeing numenor’s simifyed version of his flat, I was inspired to simify my own house (the house I live in at least).

Here it is: it’s a large suburban monster of a house, its’ fully furnished and it has 5 bedrooms, a loft, 3 bathrooms, a large backyard and a 2 car garage (in real life it has a 3 car garage, but that would make the house too large and awkward)
It costs $159,021 (which is about half of its actual, unfurnished, cost in US dollars) and is situated on a 3 by 4 lot.
