Inspired by the Plantation-style homes of the American South, this magnificent home is aimed at the more affluent sim. Klarabella wanted a home that was large enough for an extended family which included adult children and grandparents. (Sorry Klarabella - I think I may have gotten a bit carried away with the house...)

Situated on a sloping lot, this home features living on three levels.The basement level features a double sideways garage. (Place on corner lot to make it look more realistc).There is a secret room (currently being used as a playroom), and a fully furnished, self-contained apartment for grandma and grandpa. The apartment comprises of a living room, eat-in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The apartment can also be let out to tenants if you sims are low on dough... Internal stairs lead up from the garage to the ground level of the home. The ground floor features a large entrance hall, opulent study & cosy living room. The kicthen is modern and and features all the modern conveniences an amateur chef could desire. The dining hall is large and seats 8. There is a large area to relax, enjoy a game of chess or bang a few notes on the piano. The main bedroom is here too, it features a dressing room, en suite and has a private deck overlooking the swimming pool.

The top floor features 3 large bedrooms, one of which is currently being used as a nursery. There is a full bathroom and TV Room. Two of the bedrooms have private decks. The dormers have been fully utilised, one which houses exercise equipment, another has a desk where kids can do their homework, and yet another is an alcove where kids can play and horse-around.

There is a large garden, the tree out front even features a swing! At the rear of the home is a large swimming pool with island gazebo - a great place for dining and entertaining those envious neighbours. This home is fully furnished and should it not be large enough for your family, there is room for expansion.
