Summary
For this lot to work properly, you must have the Nightlife and Open For Business expansion packs installed. University is *not* required. The outer design of this house was inspired by an image I found on the internet. I make a point of saying "inspired" since it doesn't look exactly like the original. This lot is fully furnished and decorated, inside and outside. Decor of the bedrooms and nursery are gender neutral. Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 toddler/child/teen) live in the house for several weeks. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking.

-YARD: Front yard has some shrubs and a tree. Back yard has several trees, shrubs, and a swing set.
-GARAGE: Long enough for 2 cars and a small workshop in the back.
-1ST FLOOR: 1 hallway w/elevator, 1 dining room, 1 small kitchen, and 1 large living room.
-2ND FLOOR: 1 hallway w/elevator, 1 nursery, 1 half bathroom (toilet & sink), 1 full bathroom, and 1 master bedroom.
-3RD FLOOR: 1 hallway w/elevator, 2 bedrooms (one is designed for 1 teenager, and the other is designed for 2 children), and 1 full bathroom.
-4TH FLOOR: 1 small room containing an exercise machine, easel, and end table.
