Certainly you know the corner lot in Pleasantview, this lot is named "55 rue du Boisdoré" in french, you can see it above this lot in the nbhood view with the screenshots.
As you can see in this pic I used the specificity of this lot (2 roads grids) to add a functionnal sloped driveway in an unusual place. Of course you can place this lot only in a street corner because both entrance are requested.
There is also a house for 3 to 8 sims above
After the garage,the other part of the livable basement is the rock n roll studio. On the ground floor there are the living places : terrasse, kitchen, dinning and living rooms.
First floor there is the game and study room with toilets (may be a bedroom or a nursery), there is also the main bedroom with a plain bathroom, both opened to a large balcony. Upstairs in the large attic where are two teen bedrooms with private bathroom.
Outside is lightly gardened due to the lot size but there is a little pond, i made it for further fishing parties.
