The Simpl-EA lot is a simple 100% EA Games lot, Maxis il fact as it is an OFB lot classicaly built, furnished and decorated.

Outside is simple with a small swimingpool, a game and a BBQ area. Inside is a large kitchen and a large living room

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (1 furnished as nursery) each with private complete bathroom.

* The Simpl-EA-UNF.rar file is the unfurnished version (not very expensive)
