Ferretti is fully furnished and decorated, and comes with a garage (complete with sedan car). It's perfect for a growing family!

This charming little villa was inspired by my Arriosa house (see the link and picture of Arriosa below). You can see that the exterior of this house is very similar to Arriosa, though on a much smaller scale! The interior design of Ferretti is completely unique, though many of the themes are similar to Arriosa's. This is the fourth house in the Mediterranean series (and there are more in the works).

Downloading Instructions:

To use the version of the house with the custom paintings installed, download both the regular Ferretti II zip and the Ferretti Paintings zip. Extract the contents of the Ferretti Paintings zip into your Downloads folder. Double-click the house file and it will install to your game. Make sure you have the CEP (Color Enabler Package) installed to your game (see the link above). That's it!
