Hi everybody,
this Lot (my first Upload *g*) is based upon the Villa where I spent my Summer in Ibiza two years ago.

It is, with the exception of the two of three Bedrooms, a 3x5 Lot that is fully furnished and costs 216'952.

You will need EP 1-4 but no other Mods.
