They showed 'Assault on Precinct 13' (the original 1976 version, set in Anderson L.A.) on TV the other day and it reminded me how much my sims needed an abandoned police station from the middle of the worst side of town. For anyone who hasn't seen the film, Precinct 13 was shut down by the LAPD leaving just a few people inside, unaware they were about to be put under siege by disgruntled local gang members. It's a sort of cop meets girl meets convict meets horde of homicidal maniacs type movie - the kind of thing that happens over there every day, I expect.

It's a 3x2 lot costing about 43k, unused and only slightly furnished. I should mention the cell doors are just decorative items and don't actually open. If you want to use the cells as rooms you'll need to remove them to allow sims access. Of course, if you have a particularly annoying sim you want to lock away and are the sort of person who is able to ignore their pitiful cries for release, this won't be an issue.
