The Royal Residence

This palace is definitely fit for a king! It contains 2 story high stately representation rooms, a huge master suite, 2 big suites with bedrooms and bathrooms, a secret panic room, 1 servant’s apartment, a security room, stables, a 5 car garage, an indoor pool, sauna, a cinema, a wine cellar, a bowling alley, a huge library and a winter garden.
There is also an observation tower 10 floors above ground!

This all comes for the insane price tag of 2.400.000 on a 5x6 lot!

2nd floor:

This is the main floor, it is 2 stories high and contains all the representative rooms.
The main entrance door opens to a huge 2 story high marble hall, which contains the staircase, an indoor fountain and a powder room, as well as access to the back terrace.

The West wing:
Contains the formal dining room with a table that fits 22 people. (Stairs are leading directly to the servant’s area and the kitchen downstairs)
The music room with piano, harp, gramophone and sitting area as well as
a formal living room, with fire place and TV. (Stairs are leading to the entertainment room and bowling alley downstairs)

The East wing:
Contains the billiard room. (Stairs are leading to the cinema room downstairs)
The ball room with dance floor and fire place and an office

1st floor:

This floor contains a huge 5 car garage, indoor pool with recreation area sauna and aquarium room, to relax after the sauna surrounded by floor to ceiling aquariums, the stables, entertainment rooms like cinema and bowling alley, servants area with bathroom. The kitchen and a wine cellar
The entrance to the garage is guarded by a security person in its own room with access to the whole video surveillance system.


3rd floor:

This floor contains all the bedrooms, a gym and a huge walk in closet
The whole east wing contains the master suite.
From the sitting area you have direct access to the perfectly hidden entrance of the Panic room one floor above under the roof.
In case any burglars succeed to brake into the palace,
hide here behind extra thick concrete walls until help arrives.
Another staircase is leading to the family and entertainment room in the roof


4th floor

Here is a huge library with powder room, two terraces, the hidden panic room and the family room under the roof



5th floor
