Stoney Falls

Stoney Falls is located on a former community lot outside the center of Sunset Valley right underneath a huge stone cliff and by a little lake.
It is a truly dramatic location to place a family home.
The house can be reached from a bridge which is floating high above the lake.

The first level offers a powder room, kitchen and living room with access to a terrace overlooking the lake. From the terrace you also have stairs leading down to the pool, which is build right into the rocks!

The second level of the house offers an open study and library, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom

The third level offers another bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
