Stoney Falls

Stoney Falls is located on a former community lot outside the center of Sunset Valley right underneath a huge stone cliff and by a little lake.
It is a truly dramatic location to place a family home.
The house can be reached from a bridge which is floating high above the lake.

The first level offers a powder room, kitchen and living room with access to a terrace overlooking the lake. From the terrace you also have stairs leading down to the pool, which is build right into the rocks!
