The Antique Villa

This is a truly special home, the design of the outside is inspired by Palladio’s Villa Rotonda, an architectural masterpiece and one of the most famous Villas from the 16th century.

My interpretation has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 powder rooms, an elevator, an outdoor and indoor pool and everything for your Sims entertainment.
The house is symmetrical and in the center there is an octagonal gallery which contains the staircase.
It is fully furnished and ready for your very special Sim to move in!

It stands on a 6x6 lot and costs more than 1.500.000!










2nd floor:
The interior contains impressive stately rooms.
The main floor is 2 stories high and one huge open space, 2 story high columns are giving it structure and divide the individual living and entertainment areas from each other

This floor contains the service area, a garage, a huge kitchen with bar area and 2 servant’s bedrooms with bathrooms en suite as well as a cinema room with powder room
