Out of the three houses I have lived in during my seventeen years of life, this one is my favorite. Although we only lived there for three years, I fell in love with the huge backyard, the real fireplace, and my enormous walk-in closet. So I decided to build it and upload it here for you to enjoy too. :D





The layout isn't exact, but I modified it slightly for more room. There are four usable bedrooms (one is a guestroom and another is a playroom) and two-and-a-half bathrooms.


Built in a traditional colonial style, the house sits on a 4x4 lot and costs $140,346 fully furnished. It has not been playtested. Due to the "side driveway," this lot will work best on a corner.
