DinkTown - a neighborhood for mini lots AND LARGER

ANOTHER dinkytink EFFICIENCY NEIGHBORHOOD

I love the new mini lots, but they look a bit forlorn when placed on streets meant for large lots. So I made an additional efficiency neighborhood in their honor.

It's not rocket science, but I did try to make the map functional for a wide range of players. The scale is smaller between streets, has some areas just for minis, with some larger open areas for medium sized lots (or back to back minis), and an outer perimeter for the really large lots. Yes, you CAN have it all!!!

It's all flat. No trees to slow you down. You don't need a camera hack. Comes with all 4 terrain types. And, as usual, no added salt or trans fats. :-)
