Hope you like it, I love it very much because it is easy to play your sims in them as the ground floors uses the "loft" style - no walls except the toilet.

this house is also, green house ready, pet house ready and it has one extra thing the unfurnished version doesn't the car porch.

Build this with season installed. All maxis building materials.
