Just an average looking house
If you hadn't guessed already, it's got 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths...
Tested on a copy for a couple days... yes the kitchen counters work for cooking etc...



It has a few items from one of the holiday packs in the furnished version, I think all that happens is those items just don't show up.

To redecorate the kitchen shelves, first take the top "counter" with the display mat still on it and move it away to the grass, (moveobjects on), redecorate, then pop it back onto the lower display mat on the hidden table (under counters)...
