Elegant American Palace

Move over Sycamores, this is truely my masterpiece. I've spent a good bit of time on this one and without a floor plan I might add. It's roughly based off of The Breakers, a Vanderbilt mansion in New England. Go, view : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Breakers . So anyway, its all the space you'll ever need and then some. With an unheard number of 13 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms you'll need some hacks before you can fill this one up. So, I'll give you a run down on what's included for the $241,474 pricetag:

To try to mirror the architectural magnifigance of the Breakers I used 3 dummy levels with boolprop constrainfloorelevation false. I have been asked before to show how I do it, but I can't explain it. I learned from other tutorials and the aspiring builders can learn from them as well.

Enjoy this house, it has been tested and nothing has come up besides the impossibility of the gardens, but whatever.
