Newhaven is a village for those nautical but nice sims, this village has a marina for boats, cliffs for cliffside homes, plenty of coastline for beachside mansions and resorts.

Please Note: This hood does not come with any lots, you have to add the houses yourself.
You can use this hood with or without a camera hack.

You do not need any expansion packs to play the non-decorated version. The dimsim78 Newhaven Seaside Village SC4.zip is the non-decorated version, download this one if you do not have the required expansion packs.

Changing Newhaven from a sub-neighborhood to a main neighborhood does not work.

I made these hoods so that they would all go together, Stonebridge is my main hood, Newhaven is my sub-hood, Riverfront Downtown is my downtown and University Village is my university.

By the way, if anyone knows how to change a sub-hood into a main neighborhood, please let me know.
