So I’ve downloaded so much from this site in the past, I really thought it was time that I uploaded something I’ve created for a change!

This is the second in a series of ‘international’ themed starter houses, designed in a style of the stereotypical (or traditional, however you see it…) houses from that country.

This is an English cottage-style lot, with a pretty walled front garden and lots of room for expansion.

The lot is fairly sparsely furnished (Maxis-only items) with all the basics.
Including:
2 double beds, lighting, 1 toilet, bath, phone, smoke alarm, sink, cooker, fridge, bookshelf, TV, table and chairs.

Additional Custom Content included:
Rock wall around the flowerbeds courtesy of Jonesi of Reflexsims and MTS2.

I realise that this lot is fairly simple and basic, but that is the intention - I wanted the lots to be 'blank canvases' to allow for lots of expansion.
