Introducing the Quaint Cottage Starter by SwamCo Industries.



Designed with curb appeal in mind, this delightful two-story home will be the envy of the neighborhood. Beautiful raised flower beds and window boxes, and artfully weathered cedar shingles add a touch of rustic country charm, while classic architectural flourishes scream "I have fancy windows, and that makes me better than you!"

And who can argue with that?

On the inside...


Well, there's some walls and doors, and just the bare minimum of furnishings. But, hey, it's not what's on the inside that counts, right?

(But just in case you feel it does, I have included in the rar file 26 neutral recolors I've done of the cheap Maxis furnishings. Those will need to be extracted to your Downloads folder separately from the .sims2pack file containing the house. Not all of the furnishings have been included in the house, but I included the recolors of coordinating furnishings--i.e. chair, loveseat, and sofa--if you care to add them.)



Downstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and eating area, and space for a small seating area. Upstairs consists entirely of a large open room, which may be divided to make more bedrooms, or used as a rec room for all your Sims rockin' parties. That would be righteous!
