Furnished version is completely furnished, included alarms. You can create two bedrooms at second floor replacing green sofa with a bed. And, of course, adding a third bedroom at basement. EVO is perfect for 4sims family or 5 + lots of pets

Unfurnished version is completely unfurnished, all rooms are empty.



Interiors are fresh and fully decorated.
