884 Kerrington Drive - My Long Forgotten House

Well, to explain the title, I made this house immediately after 885 Kerrington Drive, see here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=213285

Anyway, I was going to upload it, but it got forgotten and left in the lot bin for 6-7 months, after which, I rediscovered it. Deciding I'd like to upload for you guys to share, I renovated it, removed not-needed custom content and updated the pool with seasons.

So here it is! Its a 2 floor+basement house, with room for only a married couple, but you could add a bedroom in the extra room in the basement, which is only occupied by a piano and an easel. There is a living room in the basement as well.

The main floor has an entry hall, staircase and the kitchen. There is a little hidden area around the staircase, which I couldn't get rid of, so I put a chair in it.

The 2nd floor has a very short hallway and a bedroom with the house's only bathroom. Go out the door in the bathroom and you end up on the small deck.

The pool is an irregularly shaped pool, and has a spacious pool deck from which you can watch the sunset. The basement has an entrance from the pool deck, via a path that wraps around to the back of the house. The basement living room has a single window.

This is perfect for a retiring couple whose children are grown up and gone, or for a family who doesn't have children.

PLEASE INSTALL THE CUSTOM WALLS REPOSITORY UN-LEVELED WALL!! If you don't want to don't bother using this house it'll look weird, but if that's okay for you go right ahead. I'll explain why the wall is necessary.

That wall is used around the stairs and in the basement. If you don't have the wall in your script, the walls won't show up in-game. SO- if you like to download my houses and you download many of them and plan on downloading my houses later, install the wall NOW, so you don't have to do it later. If any of my houses appear weird, THIS WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!
