Hi!

This is the fourth renovation of a series that I posted sometime ago of the condos that came with TS2. I had some problems with the lot, but now I managed to compress them and clean the Sim references. So, here we are!

It's a single floor modern house style, built for one Sim (or a couple), and it has the basic rooms, such as a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen, a bedroom and a dinning room.

It has just four custom content, as listed below.

As I said, the lot was compressed with the Lot Compresser and cleaned off Sims references.
