I got the idea from the wonderful [san] to build the lake house from the movie "The Lake House". Now, It doesn't look exactly alike but it is similar, I think. I couldn't actually get the floor plan because the pics I found were of only the outside of the house, but I compromised by making my own

The house is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, but can be altered however you like!
It is unfurnished, except for a tree in the middle of the house, like the movie.
The walls are, of course, by seren and I made the flooded lot with the help of Tiko's "building coastal lots" tutorial over at TSR.
