This is my first upload. This was made for Hartake as a request. It is a 4-6 bedroom house (2 of the bedrooms are playrooms) with 4 baths. There is also a lot of open space upstairs in which to place two more rooms if needed.

It costs about $78,000, and only bedrooms and baths are furnished. There are custom floors and walls, made by me. Requires NL. I do not believe it requires University.
