'Elegance' Mid-budget Villa

Those of you who know of the Mercedes line-up, the 'Elegance' trim is the middle one (excluding sport) and so this villa fits quite well into that catagory, giving your Sims a taste of a luxury lifestyle, yet on a smaller lot and for a cheaper price. I had the idea of it being a golfer's house, like those which overlook links, but then I decided to add a Tennis court and just call it a normal mid-range villa.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 en-suite, & 2 more bathrooms. There is an adequate rear garden, tennis court and pool.
