Welcome to Wisteria Lane!

For the fifth time this month, I bring you an accurate and very detailed house for your Sims. The Mayer house, built in the 'farmyard' style, echoes the perfection of Bree's house, but is larger, fully furnished, and er, yellow.

Key features include a patio; driveway and garage, front, side and rear gardens, attic and 2 1/4 levels of split level accommodation. Put it with my other Wisteria Lane houses for maximum effect. These can all be found by clicking on my name above left.

The house has:

4 double bedrooms
Bedroom 5/Office
3 bathrooms (1 en-suite)
Open plan reception room, kitchen and breakfast room
(Kitchen features corner cabinets built on a diagonal)
Formal Lounge
Television Room
Formal Dining Room
Garage
Split Level Staircase over 1 1/4 floors (see below)
Two large landing areas big enough for misc. objects
Attic (Which contains landing, + bedrooms 1 & 2 + ensuite as mentioned)above.

FULLY FURNISHED - Tested by the Mayer family!

Thanks to everyone who downloads and thanks me using the tool above.
