For the fifth time this month, I bring you an accurate and very detailed house for your Sims. The Mayer house, built in the 'farmyard' style, echoes the perfection of Bree's house, but is larger, fully furnished, and er, yellow.

Key features include a patio; driveway and garage, front, side and rear gardens, attic and 2 1/4 levels of split level accommodation. Put it with my other Wisteria Lane houses for maximum effect. These can all be found by clicking on my name above left.
