This lil peach comes 3rd in my "Starter" houses. It is alot like 1 Download Rd but with a twist. The driveway is sloped down to the garage and basement area. Check the pics for visual aid. On the first floor is where you will find the rest of the rooms. Again its a very basic house but I think Young Sims should have a sloped drive too with a nice lil goldfish pond for wishing. CC is pretty minimal. Enjoy
