1 Enchanted Dr, My first of the smaller lots.

Well, this mofo took longer to make than my 6x6 lots. On this lil lot I didn't have much room as I normally do so I went vertical, both up and down. This lil baby is a beautiful home. She comes with a basement, 1st,2nd, and 3rd floor. The rooms vary depending on your play style. If I was to play this lot you could have the kids rooms and bath in the basment then living room, kitchen, dining, guest bathroom all on the first floor. 2nd floor would have the office and that kinda thing and on the 3rd floor would be the parents room and bath. As far as the basement goes I did install a door that leads up by the back deck. Speaking of the deck, there is a deck on the ground floor, 2nd and 3rd floor. The deck from the 2nd floor connects to the top of the garage then down on the ground floor decking. The 3rd floor deck is just a wrap around deck and does not connect to any other lower decks. Now on the main deck you will find the pool with slide and diving board and the hot tub for those extra juicy moments for the older Sims. The Garage is only a one car garage. Like I said, its a smaller lot and there just wasnt any room for another.



I was going to stop uploading houses just because I think peeps cant run my bigger lots or if they do they lag alot and dont bother downloading my houses. So I made this smaller lot. Its a 4x3 If i remember right and the cost is pretty high but the money is well spent. You can have this beautiful home for around 137k. I do have lights on the ext and int along with plants on the ext. Thats about all the decor and the rest is up to you guys. Oh as far as custom content I kept it pretty well limited. Thats it for now and depending if peeps like this one or not may very well be my last upload for awhile. I know, I know, I said that on my last house but this is a smaller lot so it should see more game than the larger lagy lots. So we will see. Later fellas and enjoy your new home.
