Another for you ladies/gents and all other folk. This lot is once again a 5x6 and its about 191k. Yay, I kept it under 200k this time. As far as the house it has plenty of rooms like my others or just simply knock down a wall or two and tweek till your happy. I worked on the yard but I did not go all out on the pond as I normally do. I am wondering if peeps even enjoy having a pond or if its just a pain in the ***. I did also put in the heart shaped pavillion over the pond again. I think it will be my trademark for my houses. I havent seen any other heart shaped ones but then again i dont search for houses but ohwell. Have fun with this one and as always let me know what you like or dont like so I continue to improve my buildings. Thanks
