Cozy Starter-Home for your Sims

Hi all,

first: i love MTS2, i have found here so many good things for my sims.
I think its time to give something back to other members.

So I made a cozy Starter-Home on a 2x4 lot with enough room for
a gardenparty or a swimming pool and a driveway.



There is a big kitchen & diningroom, a big livingroom, a bathroom and
a bedroom. I have all decorated in friendly colors. The house is not
too small, but also not too big, so its good playable for your sims.
I have used only Maxis items, no custom content. I play with all
EPs and with H&M.

This is the unfurnished version for 19.907 Simoleons.

I have made also the fully furnished version for 102.155 Simoleons, you
can see it at the attached image. If you want the furnished version, i
will upload this too.
