Hi, all. This is the first house I have built and I thought I would share it. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining, a game room, study, and a small excercise room. Made with Maxis items only. It is fully furnished (unless I forgot some lights somewhere!) and comes with a pool and hot tub and sits on a 5x4 lot. Price is $184,121. I hope you like it. Thanks for looking.
