This is my first upload! As a CC addict, but someone who hates to download houses with CC in them, I decided to build and furnish a house using only maxis material. I'm actually really happy with the result.

Lot Size: 2x2 -- fits anywhere!
Price: $106,278

2 BR, 2 Bath, eat-in kitchen with room for 9, plus garden patio great for cook-outs.
Additionally, with a little landscaping there's room for a driveway, and a basement if things get crowded.


*Since this is custom content free, if you download Modern Chic and want that extra touch, have your sims create the custom paintings shown in the picture below. Just click the following links. I've hosted the images, all you have to do is copy and save them in your My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Paintings folder, and use the easel, and have your sim "paint custom painting"! (Note: The green paintings in picture are framed with an object by Ms Barrows at thesimsresource, here.)


I've tested all the furniture (after it was packaged, so it'll still be all-new for you) and everything works, including items placed with moveobjects, etc.
