I've played a version of this lot for a couple of sim weeks with a growing family, and I think it's great for that. I think it would work especially well for those playing legacy families whose computers hang on the huge lots. There's room for everyone to work, play, and sleep.

The file with the F is the furnished lot, the one with the U is unfurnished.

Both lots are Maxis only, so they will appear as you see in the pictures!
