The sunny little is a small holydays starter fully furnished for 2 sims and some guests with a sun terrasse and an outside dining room with a gate to the beach.
It comes with 9 available outside colors, all have the same inside decor an furnishing.
I notice that maxis lower the prices ! Alas not for their games but in game, the same lot showed 19 146 in the BaseGame is lowered to 18 958 in OFB (just enter the lot and quit to update this price)

All custom contents are walls and floors by me, so except for the lot itself, do what you want with free sites.

I give all my thanks to Andi8104 for the lot reduction and to MaryLou for the basegame version of the lot. I dont forget Numenor for the BaseGameStarter that allow me to build it in Base Game version.
* I grouped the sim2pack by 3, colours are shown in the compressed filenames.
