The Residence 167 is a luxuous dorm, because I saw so often real or sims dorms resembling to ...the one I was living some years ago !
This dorm is built in an old renovated mansion, you can see it from neighborhood in the screenshots section.
In the tower, you have the main entrance, a game room 1st floor and a music and sport room in the second. At the top of the tower it is a luxuous 2 levels appartment for 2 sims with livingroom, huge bedroom and bathroom, it is the 1 :
In the older wing there are the 6 double bed rooms with private bathroom :
In the new wing there are the 7 single rooms (for the npc I think), a second game room and the moon and sun terrasse in the squared tower. Ground floor, there is a study room and the inner dining room.

Of course the mansion have a park.
Here you wil find the oustide dining room and a barbecue, a swimingpool and a tennis court with an outside bathroom, there is also a lovely rest corner with an abstractive fountain

* If you want to play more than one couple I let enougth space to place a second "myne door" for the double bed rooms without other change.
* In game if NPC are quicker than you to take a room because they prefer choose the best room first, just move the NPC door.
