Played/Tested: Yes and no. I checked to make sure furnishings would fit, and still give clearance for Sims, but I didn't actually play the home with Sims in it.

Furnished: No. All furnishings were removed before packaging the lot. Wall and floor coverings are, of course, included.


I absolutely LOVE this house! It has lots and lots of windows And I really mean lots and lots. I should have counted them, actually. ^.^ The only place that isn't covered in windows is the garage. I've always found garages with windows to look a little funny, so I left them off. Let your Sims enjoy the beauty of natural light! Well, not so much natural, I guess. But you get it, right? XD I don't know for sure if you will need ALL of the EPs listed, but I do know that I definitely used floor and wall coverings from GLS and Seasons. I got the other EPs so quickly after each other, that I'm not sure what's from the base game, and what's from Uni, Nightlife, and Pets.

All the pictures of the layout ended up being taken from the back-view of the property, so the front of the house is at the top of the screen, and the back is, of course, at the bottom of the screen.

Ground Floor Layout:



On the ground floor, your Sims are provided with (clockwise from upper left) a bathroom, large enough for a toilet and sink (possibly a shower, too, depending on how you arrange things), a living room, for entertaining guests, a two car attached garage, a beautiful large kitchen, and a dining area. The dining area is large enough to have a full-sized table, along with the chairs, and your Sims won't go crazy, as there is enough room on all sides. The front door has an entry with a half-wall on either side, as a decorative touch.

Second Floor Layout:



The second floor of this lovely home is almost a blank canvas. The rooms (again, clockwise from left) include a very expansive living area, that could easily be divided into more rooms, a "bonus room" with possibility to be a bedroom, office, library, or playroom for the youngsters, a good-sized bathroom, and a large bedroom. The living area would make a good place for your pool or poker table...maybe even both! On this level, there is access to two separate balconies. One is just in front of the stairs, right off the main living area, and the other has its entry in the "bonus room."

Third Floor Layout:



The remaining bedrooms are on the third floor, along with two bathrooms. From the upper left, we have the hallway, a large, T-shaped Master Suite with large bathroom, the first spare bedroom, a bathroom, again, large enough for a toilet, shower, and sink, and the final bedroom.

This house would be lovely for your large families, or even multiple families. The possibilities are almost endless. Behind the house, there is enough room for a small pool, a hot tub, or some more gardening. This would also be a lovely place for a green house. In front of the house, there are two lovely pine trees on either side of the double driveway, beautiful flowerbeds along the front of the home, and a row of Oleander bushes on either side of the front walkway.
