This Salt Box style house is common in New England. The name comes from the shape of the roof, which resembles a salt box (from a previous millenium). The house is furnished for four and sparsely landscaped, all with a contained cost to keep the price affordable for a new family.

It has space for a driveway, but does not have one. The lot uses the roof slope angle from Pets and the stage from, humm, I forget which pack, to make the angle in the stairs. So it needs those expansions (Nightlife, Pets and mumble).

The house plays well with up to four, but then gets crowded. It has a full bath upstairs, a half bath downstairs, a large bedroom, a small bedroom, a livringroom, dining room and kitchen. There is enough space on the 2x3 lot for a pool or other outdoor activities.
