Ok ok, so I commited a Sim's sin - using a box for a home. But who says a box can't look pretty? Some boxes may be pretty ugly, but there's no reason why a box can't be great - after all, they have very easy to play layouts perfect for the single sim.



This 8x8 house has got a little "porch", giving the house cute charm, and the front garden features flowers, basic landscaping, and a few squares of soil for the avid gardener. I suppose you could say the house is more tailored for a woman... but it's very liveable for a man too.

The house features a living/dining room, which connects on to all the other rooms - a small bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed (so the house is still playable for a couple) and a basic kitchen.

The lot has been play tested, and works very well for the more serious sim, although of course, any sim could happily live here.

This is my first lot for MTS2 - I hope you like it, and please feel free to give me feedback
